Mamta has over 20 years’ experience within the Broadcast Media industry, having worked in companies such as Sky, Amazon, and the BBC.

In Mamta's previous role at Accedo, she led a team of over 60 employees across EMEA and was accountable for financial performance, portfolio health and governance activities.

Mamta is now passionate about positively changing mindsets within organisations - particularly helping women, ethnic minorities and LGBTQ members reach their full potential, and become confident, inspiring leaders. Current clients include Warnermedia, Cazoo, Naked Wines, Harper Collins, News UK and UCL.
